Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use colorpop.in or buy anything from Colorpop ("Colorpop", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Who can buy

Accounts are made and purchases are paid for by a parent, guardian or adult (18 years or older). Children may use the books under the supervision of that adult. You are responsible for keeping your login safe and for everything done with your account.

2. What you buy: digital books

• When you buy a digital colouring book, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your family's private, non-commercial use for as long as Colorpop offers the book. You do not buy the software or artwork itself.
• Each account can open its books on up to 3 devices at a time. You can remove an old device from your account to add a new one.
• Books can be stored on a device for offline use. A device must connect to the internet at least once every 30 days to keep offline access.
• You may not copy, share, resell, rent, publish, extract or reverse-engineer the books, or try to get around the device limit or other protections. We may suspend accounts that do this.
• We keep improving the books. We may update pictures, features and the app; we will not remove a book you have bought except where we are required to by law, in which case we will offer a refund for it.

3. Printed comics and physical products

Physical products are delivered within India as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Product pictures are representative; small differences in print colour may occur.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless shown otherwise. Shipping charges for physical products are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. We do not see or store your full card or bank details.
• An order is confirmed only when we receive payment confirmation from Razorpay. If a payment fails but money is debited, it is usually returned automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days; contact us if it is not.
• We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the price shown when you place the order.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Digital books are delivered instantly and all sales are final, except for duplicate charges, failed delivery or a fault on our side that we cannot fix. Please try the free samples before buying. Full details: Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Copyright: our art and tools

• Every Colorpop book, picture, 3D model, puzzle, animation, sound, text, the colouring and puzzle tools, the Colorpop name and logo are original works created and owned by Colorpop or used under licence, and are protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and trademark law. Parts of the colouring engine use open-source software under its own licence.
• Your purchase is a licence for your own family's private use only, on your own devices, linked to your account. Each book carries the email of the account it is licensed to.
• You may not, online or offline: copy, download or save the book files outside Colorpop; share them, forward them (for example on WhatsApp or by AirDrop), or give a copy saved for offline use to anyone else; share your login or handoff codes outside your family; upload, publish, screen-record for public posting, resell, rent or use them in classes, shops or other businesses; or copy, extract or reverse-engineer the art, models or tools.
• Colorpop is made by a small independent team in India. Every illegal copy breaks the trust between the people who make these books and the families who buy them, and makes it harder for us to keep making new ones. Thank you for keeping Colorpop in your family.
• If we find a book being shared or copied, we may remove the book from the account it was licensed to, suspend or close that account without refund, and take legal action under Indian law.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website: no attempts to hack, overload, scrape or disrupt it, no false payment claims, and no use that breaks any law.

8. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Colorpop running, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other Indian law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Colorpop after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Purba Medinipur, West Bengal have jurisdiction, subject to your rights as a consumer. Please contact us first; most problems are solved quickly by email.
