Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital books: instant delivery

Digital colouring books are delivered online. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the book appears in "My Books" in your Colorpop account and you receive a confirmation email. Nothing is shipped. If a book does not appear within 30 minutes of payment, email us with your payment reference.

2. Printed comics: where we deliver

We currently deliver printed products to addresses within India only, through trusted courier and postal partners.

3. Dispatch and delivery times

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days after payment (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
• These are estimates, not guarantees; delays caused by couriers, weather or events beyond our control can happen.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated from your delivery PIN code and shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

5. Tracking

When your order is dispatched we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also see the order status in your Colorpop account.

6. Address and delivery problems

• Please check your address, PIN code and phone number carefully. We cannot be responsible for delays from incorrect details; contact us quickly and we will try to update them before dispatch.
• If a parcel is returned to us because nobody was available or the address was wrong, we can resend it (the shipping charge may apply again) or refund the product price.
